The fully enclosed operation ensures production site’s neatness and cleanness, improving the company’s image and competitiveness.
The machine selects the Taiwan precise gear deceleration motor. And the driving axis uses first class speed reduction, decreasing the machine’s noise and ensuring the machine’s service life.
There is a glass window, through which users can observe the cotton-feeding. And the development of food pedal valve can prevent air flowing-out, saving air source.
High production efficiency, equal to 20-30 persons’ manual cotton filling, and meanwhile the assurance of fluffy and even fed products with smooth surfaces.
The reasonably designed cotton feeding machine adopts straight blade aluminum rotor, more efficiently improving cotton feeding.
And it goes through strict calibration of dynamic and static balance, no vibration, low noise, fire proof and safe.
The power distribution, in accordance with the International Electro-technical Standards, complies with safety standards of EU,North America, and Australia.
The parts of controlling electrical components are all globally famous brands like Siemens, LA, ABB, Schneider, Weidmuller, and others.
