Feature

 

 

Air Bubble Machine employed V.F driver for speed regulation, performance stabilization, save energy consumption. 

With difference size vacuum forming mould, this machine can make dia 6.5~30mm with the height 2.5~15mm air bubble film.

With other assist device, this machine can make air bubble +aluminum lamination film or air bubble +EPE sheet.
The rewinder is overturn type, easy to operate.
This machine has air cooling and water cooling type which can help to make thicken or super thin air bubble film. With the unique screw design, this machine suitable to LDPE,LLDPE and recycled raw material.
